IMMS 2008 is a three day scientific meeting organised jointly by the Laboratoire de
Chimie des Matériaux Inorganiques at the FUNDP University of Namur (Belgium) and the Laboratoire de Matériaux à Porosité
Contrôlée at the University of Haute-Alsace (France). The aim of this meeting is to review the progress of the latest
results in the synthesis, characterisation, comprehension and applications (i.e. electronic, magnetic, photonic, optical,
catalytic and biological) of mesostructured materials. The focus will be on interdisciplinary research, potential for the
future and the promotion of the field in industry, promotion of young scientists and on new trends.
The 6th International Mesostructured Materials Symposium which will be held just after the FEZA conference (September 2-6 2008) in Paris - just three hours away.
For those who work in the fields of microporous and mesostructured materials, it is a good opportunity to combine these two meetings.
