2008 OPERATOR TRAINING COURSES

Quantachrome Instruments offers unique instrument training courses for operators. These 2-3 day courses are designed to provide an effective balance of hands-on practical knowledge and theoretical background. The courses are held at Quantachrome's headquarters (Boynton Beach, Florida) in a custom classroom/lab environment. Detailed course notes (printed and electronic) are included, as is lunch each day. Internet access is available to attendees during the course schedule. Spaces are limited (number varies by instrument) so please confirm yours before making travel arrangements. The course fees do not include accommodation or travel. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

General Information for Visiting Quantachrome Instruments

Quantachrome’s headquarters are located at 1900 Corporate Drive, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426. This is just south of Woolbright Road and just west of exit 56 on I-95. Training courses run from 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Daily transportation between the Hampton Inn and our facility will be provided at no additional charge if you prefer not to drive yourself.

Airports:
We are located about 10 miles south of Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and 30 miles north of Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL).

Directions from Airports:
Follow the signs from airport to I-95 (PBI take I-95 South and from FLL take I-95 North). Follow I-95 to exit 56, Woolbright Road. Go west to first traffic light. Turn left (south) on Corporate Drive (see LOWE’S Home Improvement Store on Southeast corner). Proceed down Corporate Drive (~ 200 yards), Quantachrome is third yellow building on left.

1. From Palm Beach International Airport:Take I-95 South To Gateway Blvd/Exit 59. Go west 1 Mile. Hotel is on the right.
2. From Fort Lauderdale International Airport: Take I-95 North to Gateway Blvd/Exit 59. Go west 1 Mile. Hotel is on the right.
3. From Florida’s Turnpike: exit Boynton Beach Blvd/Exit 88. Go East 5 Miles To Congress Ave. Turn left onto Congress Ave. Head north for 2-miles, turn right on Gateway Blvd. Hotel is on the left.

Directions from Hampton Inn (Gateway Blvd) to Quantachrome:
Turn RIGHT out of the hotel parking lot onto Gateway Blvd. Move immediately into the LEFT lane for LEFT turn at first light onto Congress Avenue (South). Proceed South on Congress Avenue (~2 miles) to Woolbright Road (Mobil gas station on right, northwest corner). Make a LEFT heading East on
Woolbright, proceed ~ ¾ mile. Turn RIGHT onto Corporate Drive ¼ mile BEFORE I-95 (Racetrac gas station on LEFT side of Woolbright, LOWE’S Home Improvement Center on far side of Corporate Dr) Proceed down Corporate Drive (~ 200 yds); Quantachrome (third light yellow building) on left.
