Service & Support Grows to Match Increased Business.
Continued growth in Quantachrome sales has resulted in greater demands for both installation services and ongoing support. Accordingly, two service support departments, Domestic (US) and International, have been created in order to better address the distinct requirements of each market. This change has been implemented to bring new resources to Quantachrome's customers and representatives. Effective today, Mark Contessa (13 years experience with Quantachrome) has been appointed as our International Service Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of support to our overseas customers through our network of international offices and representatives. Jim Blume joins Quantachrome today as our new US Service Manager. Jim has twenty years of experience with service and support of particle characterization instruments with both Coulter and, more recently, with Malvern Instruments.
